Our training program is designed to help players develop a consistent and rhythmic game. We offer instruction on game variants, anticipation, and the strategic use of percentages. Our focus is on enhancing shot acceleration and power, refining footwork, improving flexibility, and achieving balance across various court areas.
While introducing competition tactics to the players, we create real-life situations to teach strategic planning and how to optimize gameplay for different game types and player styles.
At this stage, we develop a customized training itinerary designed to achieve the following objectives: enhancing player performance, facilitating skill acquisition and technical integration, improving power, strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and reaction time, mitigating the risk of injuries, and prolonging the player's active career.
In our designated training facility, we offer guidance to players in sustaining a heightened level of focus, conquering uncertainties and apprehensions, and triumphing over the challenges encountered in competitive environments. Furthermore, we provide instruction in the mastery of nonverbal communication, the practice of rituals, the formulation of goals and objectives, and, most importantly, the cultivation of enjoyment and amusement in the pursuit of paddle sports.
We educate our professional players on the importance of maintaining healthy eating habits. Our guidelines cover specific pre- and post-match nutrition, emphasizing the significance of hydration and other essential nutritional aspects for professional athletes.
Additionally, we stress the principle of recuperation to our players, underscoring the need for recovery not only after each game or session, but also after each season based on their individual objectives.
A technical team trained in the AMPadel methodology has a shared approach to training and cooperation between its members, so that the players feel supported at all times.
